Lendenborg enters

Most likely staying in the draft, but this is a guy you give 2-3 million for
With the way we got manhandled on the boards this season. Lack of rebounding costed us the Clemson game & it ended our season against Tennessee. Lendenborg is the #1 must get guy out there. He's a must...... Believe that I heard that he led his team in scoring, rebounding, assists, steals & blocked shots. An absolute must

Question is do we wait on Yaxel or take Alvaro if he wants to commit??!!

Hopefully Pope ironed that out last night with the meeting

Yaxel is my Christmas wish and I really mean it when I say I’ll be good this year. If it’s true Kam, Alvaro, and Magoon are locked up then holy hell what a start. A future PG is for sure maybe Demary maybe Smith maybe someone we don’t even know. Will be interesting cause that will put us around 12 now for those last 3 are you taking projects who won’t expect to play or 3 rotation guys that push Perry, Noah, and Garrison to the 13-15 spots? The 15 number is odd because no school is gonna have 15 happy players heck in the past 9-12 are usually unhappy

I like many others probably feel torn down the middle. We all want to be loyal to those guys who dreamed of being here. However injuries hit hard and this year while they filled in admirably they often couldn’t match the talent they faced in the sec. I’m just glad that’s not my decision to make and coach knows he has to win so I’m sure he’s torn as well. We love all of our players but as a fan u can really relate to the in state kids growing up here dreaming about this like we all did.

I’m with you Yaxel most likely nba bound but on the chance he does come back to college it’s good to be in the mix. Notice that it wasn’t a zoom call? Coach knows what’s up cause this dude is a difference maker.

I see Alvaro and Yaxel being able to co-exist in our system. Both seem to be good passers, comfortable with playing out on the floor. Pretty interchangeable, great compliments to each other on the floor at the same time. Hopefully they feel the same way.

With YL, you aren't just waiting on his school decision, you are also waiting on his NBA decision, which will take longer. So I think any team would have to assume he's not coming, and then if he does it's a bonus.
