I was thinking lunatic, but hey.

They say there's a fine line between being a genius & a lunatic..... In other words. He ( Lavar Ball ) might be nutty but he ain't dumb.

Judging from where the Balls live, he's definitely not living off his son. I've never heard what it is that he's done to earn money, but you don't live in an exclusive neighborhood in Chino Hills by not taking care of business.

Well if you look Lavar up, all it tells you is for a few years he played football for the London Monarchs and also was on some practice teams for the Jets and another NFL team. But his wife had a decent job at a middle school as an administrator. So I would say he is living off what he made from the NFL which is okay money and his wife.
