One thing that really bothered me about that game and I dont think I have seen anyone mention it was the lack of spiking the ball before half time. UK picked up that first down with 9 seconds to go before half time and called their last time out. Made ZERO sense not to go up and spike it. Since UK picked up the first the clock stopped to reset the chains so they could have gone up and spiked with maybe 1 second coming off the clock. They could have taken 1 maybe even 2 shots to the end zone with that final time out in their pocket.
