Other than Oweh, who? Carr is saying away from contact. Garrison can't keep up with the flow. Williams puts the ball on the floor too much.
My first half opinion
We are outmatched and probably a 22-23 win team that squeaks into the tourney and maybe wins a game depending on the matchup.
Duke is overrated but still good.

Optimistic view: Duke can't play better. Butler, Robinson, Kriisa, Garrison, and even Brea have been not good. Let's see if we can make some adjustments and have some guys show us what they're made of.

Is it just me or does it seem like Duke is a much better team and that we just can't measure up to their talent or coaching?
Guards missing FTs kills me, especially in a game like this.
They need to go in that locker room and get their shit together and come out and win this damn game.
You statement is true, but so are some of the complaints about the officiating... there were 2-3 crucial calls that switched momentum.
Duke has still played and looks like the better team overall, but those calls were directly responsible for 5-6 points as well as less foul trouble for UK.

I can't see why everyone is so upset at our players. Most came from mid majors. They have experience but are not that talented. We haven't been misled. We've just blown them up to be more than what they are in typical Kentucky fan style. I do it too but mostly in my mind because that is what I wish were true. Duke is far more talented. They are extending the defense so far that the five out may end up at midcourt.
I feel like we have top many guys trying to make a spectacular play with a lot of eyes on this game:

-Butler about 5-6 plays
-Robinson twice

Your team is much, much better than us. I like our team, but Duke appears to be elite. I think Pope put together a solid roster on short notice, but there's a very obvious talent disparity on the floor tonight. Our best player can't even get a shot off.
We need to regroup so that we can shoot the ball the way we can. Also, maybe the refs will try to balance out the officiating in the second half.
We are playing like we have less talent. You can beat teams on a special night but long runs are probably not happening..
It will be interesting to see if Pope can make half time adjustments. If so, we can still win this. If not, things are going to get ugly ugly.
