Seriously. Also, no box-screening the game to have a ridiculously long interview with some player on the bench reeling off sports cliches. Thus far, WDRB has been way better than ESPN.

Malik Williams takes *way* more shots than his skill justifies. He's a walking turnover. Same problem as Humphries except worse. You have your main big shooting 15-foot jumpers, missing them, and then your most important rebounder isn't near the paint when he needs to be.

Alexander is fabulous! Smooth as silk. Best player out there! 19 points with 5 minutes left in 2nd quarter and he's splitting time. Missed one shot. Couple threes steals dunk assists very good

Shai is showing a complete game. Granted, it's an all-star game against high school seniors ranked 30-100, but the core skills are definitely there.

Same thing I was thinking. This is considered Pitino's best at UL and unheralded Alexander is running circles around them.

The Derby Classic is barely credible compared to what it is used to be. The players can't shoot three's or even dunk in the slam dunk contest. It was embarrassing. The limitation on player's participation in such all star games has really brought the quality of the Derby Classic down to "barely watchable"

Prob because they don't know much about the players and/or never seen them play. These are the B list guys so they likely don't have much clue who they are

He's already the MVP, and there isn't a close second. He could spend the entire fourth quarter on the bench, and his nearest contender still wouldn't close the gap. He's visibly in a league of his own out there.
