That is 4 points we lost that we had to have it wasn't like we had some bad FT shooter taking them we had to have those pts that right there is why we lose the game if we lose.
With the missed layups, and missed free throws we should be up 15 points!
Im not giving up on the game by far, but it just feels like Florida has a bit more than us today. Like we are just a step behind today.
FL has not played nearly as good in 2nd half, but we continue to miss shots. 3-pt defense has been much better , but FL drawing fouls by driving to the paint.
Got to get back to spreading the floor and driving to create ball movement. Cal has killed that with the state at the post and feed game. Wake up
And scoring in EVERY way possible is how we HAVE TO win games.
I realize playing in a hostile place is tough, but we are KENTUCKY!!!!
We can’t get over the hump, a couple of bad calls and them playing their best game of the year. It’s going to be tough to win this one. The little things like blocking out and shooting free throws is killing us.
Wagner, Reed, Reeves, Edwards and Mitchell should be the lineup right now the majority of the time. Bradshaw in spots.
Florida seems to have too much height to allow us to play 4 guards, but I get your point.
Good thing Cals had one of the 7 footers on the floor the entire game. Really paying off.
There is no bigger fan of Reed Sheppard than I am, but to this point, Reed has greatly disappointed me. I would rather see him take a bad shot than DJ take a good one, but he is playing afraid today which makes him worthless today.
