So is Cal a sellout for leaving Memphis and teaming up with Kentucky?Right. Two entirely different situations. Manning was basically forced out. Durant just chose to leave. IMO, he's a sellout.

So if KD had been on OKC longer and won a title in OKC he could've gone to whatever team he wanted as long as he didn't have a press conference? I'm not a hater so I'm trying to learn the rules.
So what about Cal leaving Memphis for Kentucky? I'm guessing that's different too. That and among a dozen of other things.. Yes. I listed them out. FFS the Colts didn't want him!

No, he was not. It was scripted. http://www.sportingnews.com/nba/new...joke-warriors-video/8ypqejet9jm11bjo1ggbr1r1jIt was scripted for him to sit there like he has a stick up his rear? He was being a baby.
Good grief man, stop whining like a bitch. If you dont like the post ignore it. I guess you can say Cal took the easy way out by leaving Memphis for Kentucky too. Funny how thats different when it's you or your guy. My whole point is stop picking and choosing which guys are allowed to move to other teams and which ones aren't. Everyone can play wherever they want, all this whining about teaming up is hater stuff. Putting yourself in the best situation to win will never be a bad thing no matter how many nonsense unwritten rules you guys make up.Good grief, give it a rest man. Everyone on this board can clearly see how Peyton's and KD's situations/decisions are different. You're just arguing for the sake of it. It's evident.
Peyton Manning is one of the classiest individuals to ever play professional sports. KD has shown he is a hell of a basketball player and a pretty stand up guy, but if you can't admit he took a much easier road than Peyton (again, not even remotely comparable) you're on your own there.
I have zero beef with either though, they want to win and they have done just that. Good for them.

That is correct, zero credit. Did you watch that Super Bowl?
Manning didn't win anything in Denver other than riding coattails to that one Super Bowl when he couldn't play. Durant was Finals MVP.
So what about Cal leaving Memphis for Kentucky? I'm guessing that's different too.
sometimes...you just Reeeeeeaccch so far...Yeah, but he signed with a really good team. According to yall, teaming up is bad. I mean Kevin Durant is wrong dor wanting to play fun team ball and win. Why couldn't he sign with the Jags?
This is yalls argument, not mine.
again....keep reachingSo is Cal a sellout for leaving Memphis and teaming up with Kentucky?
It's utterly shocking how so many people couldn't tell this was obviously scripted and KD and Russ were in on it. Russ even had to cover his mouth to keep from smiling. The real joke is on the rubes that thought it was real. Particularly those that were actually arguing it. Lmao. Jesus.
Oh, I guarantee you were super mad when a dude you have nothing to do with went to another team that you have nothing to do with either.sometimes...you just Reeeeeeaccch so far...
None of these comparisons are ever exactly the same, one is a basketball player, one is a football player. The concept is the same though. If you whine about KD joining the Warriors, whine about Cal joining UK. When it comes to your personal self, you will always choose the option that will make you the happiest and bring you the most success. No one stays at their first job and tries to make a career of it, we all move on to bigger and better things which is ok... unless you're an athlete. One is a college basketball coach, the other is a pro football player.. so yes, it is different.
Look I'm not saying that Peyton didn't see a better situation and pounce on it. But you can't say what he did, and how he did it, is the same as KD.
Please tell me that what you mean is that he is your favorite player DESPITE the fact he attended the University of Tennessee.I disagree with that. My favorite NFL player ever played at Tennessee, Reggie White. Durant should learn to take a joke or he shouldn't have chose golden state.
You can't call manning a noodle arm based his last year or 2. That's crazySays the dude that hitched his noodle arm to the Denver Broncos.

Loved Manning as a player...towards the top of my list.
