I could see us losing this weekend and the top 5 remaining relatively unchanged and Uk falling from the top 10.
Yeah wouldn't that be a hoot...but you're right. We'd be 12th and Duke would shoot to #5 while the rest of the losers stay put.
If Kentucky wins this weekend and UCONN loses, Kentucky could be #1 or 2 come Monday.
My prediction is we move to no better than 4. UConn, Purdue, Houston, UK, Kansas

I think they'll shuffle the top 4 and barely bump us up to #5. Assuming Kentucky and the others all win this weekend.
The AP/media seem to have the top 4 teams on a pedestal.
Purdue stays at 1. They LOVE Purdue. Their resume is good. I don't have as much beef with 2 loss Purdue still being #1.
UCONN moves up to #2. This seems appropriate.
Houston goes to #3. They haven't beaten a single top 25 team. I feel like being undefeated is WHY they've gotten such a high ranking. But the media loves loves loves them and will keep them high.
Kansas #4. MAYBE the media puts us past them? They barely survived a scare last week thanks to an awful flagrant foul call. Then they lose this game.

Been saying all year they’re overrated as hell. They should have around 3 more losses than they already have. They’ll be out by S16 or before IMHO.
I watched a replay of this and Kansas got away with a lot of contact around the rim. Especially in the 2nd half once they were trailing. UCF could have had a lot more free throws and a few And 1’s that didn’t get called I thought.

I love that movie so much. Scorcese is one of the only real filmmakers left. The scene of him taking Qualudes is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.
I don’t care where we are ranked, I want the team to play like they have something to prove every night. Don’t get complacent with a high rank!!
If everyone wins this weekend that's how I see it too. I'm OK with #5. Everyone will have a chance to prove where they belong the next few weeks. I worry that if the Tar Heels have a big game they possibly can jump us. lol
