At some point the question has to be addressed… can we afford to keep him?
I’ve cut my losses on this season, that’s why I’m so angry, because I’m finally done on the year, I constantly held out and rebuilt hope until now.
The season is over, I’ve finally reached a point where that realization has slapped me in the face.
As far as firing Cal goes, it’s a situation where if life becomes more miserable than $10 million/year here that’s the only way you’re ever getting rid of him with a sheepish AD that won’t raise the funds to fire, and continues to accept an average of 0.4 post season wins a year for the past 5 years.
