Pope should offer Fland more NIL thank Arkansas just to make a statement. Give the kid $750,000 to come here.

I'd also work to get Richmond if I was in Pope's position. Kid will be an all-defensive stud by year two.

Having a OAD isn't bad if he's surrounded by solid veterans. You just don't want a full team of them.

I'd rather have Devian(sp?) Smith.

JQ is the only one so far that looks like he won’t be going to Arkansas. I hate it’s possibly Louisville though.

I'm okay with those moves because Williams and Osobor will be solid replacements, and even better than a first-year Cyril/JQ.

Fland and Richmond are the two guys I wish Pope could find a way to retain somehow.

I really wanted JQ after watching him in the burger boy game. He played really hard start to finish. Not to mention he was shockingly strong with the ball for a 16 year old.

I honestly don't know enough about Richmond to have an opinion on him. I'd have loved to have kept Fland as well, kid is a hooper.

Didn't see a boxscore yet. Know that Dylan Harper hit game winner and had 30 and was MVP for his team and Liam McNeely had 25 pts and was MVP of the losing team.

I don't mind JQ to UL; we need them to not be a total cupcake for strength of schedule. I'm finding it funny that everybody expected all the top recruits to follow Cal to Arkansas like they did from Memphis to Kentucky.
It's not the same thing. One is a move up and one is a move down.
