Tom Izzo is in the process of assembling his own version of The Fab Five with his class of 2016. Michigan State insider Sean Scherer is now predicting Josh Jackson to MSU in a package deal with Miles Bridges. If Bridges and Jackson commit to MSU as predicted, it will solidify Tom Izzo's best recruiting class ever. Bridges and Jackson are friends and played on Team USA together. Once Bridges pledges to MSU (over Kentucky and IU) on Oct 3rd, he is going to put the full court press on Jackson to join him at MSU to form a Super Class along with Cassius Winston, Josh Langford and Nick Ward. The 5 freshmen along with a strong returning cast will make MSU the prohibitive favorites for the National Championship in 2016-2017. Izzo's a great coach who deserves to be in the Hall of Fame and deserves his 2nd national title, because he does things the right way, with integrity and class. I am with you on this one man . These 2 guys ( most likely children actually ) are crowing about getting 2 guys they haven't even gotten yet and to be honest Jackson ain't going to ever play college anyways so it just makes the whole deal even funnier . They have 2 good not great commits and they might , might get Bridges but you would think they just signed Monk , Giles , Bam , Fox , Tatum and a few others as well. Man oh man you can sure tell the ones who have never been there before .

And MSU is a solid program, so I'm not even sure why they have these trolls who start getting loud over a few 5 star recruits. We get Kansas trolls who do the same thing, it's bizarre. All 5 of em have the capability of being the go-to guy. That's what's so scary. Jackson, Bridges, Langford and Winston can all break people down off the dribble. If you want an easy hoop, just toss it down low to the post and let Nick Ward go to work. Izzo said last year after MSU lost in the Final Four that he was going to adjust his recruiting to the way the game is being played today with the dribble drive and penetration. I would say Izzo is adjusting just fine, if we land Bridges and Jackson. Even if MSU doesn't land Jackson, the 2016 class will still be outstanding if Bridges commits to MSU this Saturday.

Here's a little mystery for you internet sleuths.

There is a guy on Twitter under @DeandreAyton0 who apparently (I hope) is an imposter. The real Deandre Ayton account is @AytonofBuckets. Regardless, the first guy is much more active on Twitter, has much more followers, proclaims his account as Deandre's official account, and apparently has a lot of people believing it.

He is also a complete piece of work. If I thought for a minute this guy was the real Ayton, I would say don't waste a minute recruiting him, he has insulted and trolled BBN fans, and has actively campaigned for Miles Bridges to go to MSU. He also seems to suddenly be a huge MSU fan, following and re-tweeting a bunch of MSU stuff.

What's interesting as well is that the very first person that this guy followed after starting his account was Josh Jackson, so I have a feeling that whoever this person is - they are loosely associated with Jackson - like maybe someone around the Prolific Prep program.

No, not at all!! Izzo was referring to the way Duke and Coach K played last year with the dribble penetration of Tyus Jones and especially Justice Winslow. Kentucky did not have a plethora of guys that could break his man down off the dribble last year. Ulis and Harrison to some degree could break people down and dribble drive, but not like Tyus Jones and definitely not like Justice Winslow. Duke and Coach K have been a pain in the rear for Izzo for years, just as they have for Kentucky. Now that Coach K has adjusted to the OAD, Kentucky can no longer horde all the top ranked OAD talent to themselves. Now, Izzo is playing the OAD game too. As I said earlier, Izzo wants that 2nd title badly. That will separate him from Coach Cal and a slew of others once he gets title number 2.
