2014 four-star outside linebacker Jacob Pugh is one of the top 250 recruits in the country, and he is a big target for the Florida State Seminoles. Pugh lives in the city of Tallahassee, and Florida State has a great chance to keep the top linebacker prospect within the walls of the capital. The four-star OLB has taken several unofficial visits to FSU in his recruitment, and he took yet another one yesterday. That means Pugh has visited Florida State three times this month, as he visited them on the first and the tenth of the month. Pugh also took a trip to Gainesville to check out the rival Florida Gators earlier this month, and Pugh also checked in with the Vanderbilt Commodores.


Florida State, Vanderbilt, and the Kentucky Wildcats are also heavily in the mix. FSU is the only non-SEC team with a high chance of landing the prized linebacker recruit, and they might have the best chance of landing him too. Pugh attended junior days at Alabama, Kentucky, and Florida State, and he actually received his offer from Jimbo Fisher and the 'Noles on a junior day visit...

Pugh (6-4, 220) says Alabama is one of his top five schools, along with Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky and North Carolina. He visited Alabama a few weeks ago and came away impressed...
