I’ll take the over 5 threes. There coach seems content with him firing away, even when it’s not a particularly good shot.
FWIW - our friend Mr. Gohlke’s Hillsdale team lost to KWC last year at the Owensboro sports center. He was 0-7 on threes with 6 points.

I didn't say anything of the sort. And I won't quote some creed to satisfy you. I know he had a huge green light because I saw his coach on TV saying he told him to shoot, shoot, shoot. I also said that we sucked, and his green light shouldn't have worked.

He/they will crap the bed hard. Guy was right they are no Cinderella because that would require going on a run and they will not. They just lucked up and play an over seeded team that doesn’t game-plan, scout tendencies or play defense.

Yeah, I think there's already some revisionist history going on with his game. The vast majority of his shots were either circus shots or shots with a hand in his face. Four of them could have been and-1s because our guys were guarding him so closely. The one open shot I can remember was because he pump faked Reeves and Reeves bit hard.
That's how it works in the tournament. Oakland knows the only shot they have at winning is to have him shoot 20 times and hope for the best. That's what they did. When they played any other game on their schedule that's not their only way to win, so they don't do that.

I always cheer for the underdogs. Love a good Cinderella story, less so when we lose to em, but no ill will to them. Hope they win the whole thing and Gohlke gets 10 3s a game.
Sometimes it's better to just let them play and not take the TO.

I know the opinions on this are all over the place, but when you've got the ball coming towards the other team, don't take a time out.
I agree too. They are likely in a panic, you know your offense, surely you've practice what you want in a situation like that.
Taking a time out let's them breathe, gather composure, and let's the coach get a defensive call in.
Really inexcusable to not get a shot up.
