As evidenced by this pic. They listed attendance at their game tonight as a full house of 17,472. Clearly the balcony on this side is completely empty along with several hundred seats in the lower bowl. In this pic there are at least a few thousand empties. Probably the same on the opposite side.
I don't know why, but it just bothers me. List the actual attendance. Not some fake number. I think UK lists fake numbers in football often, but not for Rupp. 22,544 tonight and that was probably about right with 1,000 or so empties in the student section.
IU probably had more like 13,000 at their game....not 17,472. Hell even UNCheat lists their actual (very embarrassing) attendance.
