Seems like nobody is talking about him for next season. I know he's not a program change type player, but he would definitely be a nice addition. I've heard he could play the second semester, but don't recall the source. Is that accurate?

I think he can but would be surprised if he did it. Very young, just turned 17, and needs conditioning.

I hope so. Even if Cal does happen to round out this year's recruiting class with a couple more guys... it seems like it'd be great to have him in the system for the extra 1/2 year, while looking ahead to his 2016-2017 production.

And if we don't pick up a couple more recruits... ???

I read a quote from him somewhere (can't remember just what site it was on) the other day where he said he was looking at next season to begin his college career. Just going from memory on what I read but it was a quote directly from him. Of course, these kids can change their minds at the drop of a hat.

If we don't pick up Diallo or some other unforeseen option emerges, the Wood Chopper is going to have to come in and play next year to give us some frontcourt depth during SEC and tournament play. No reason he can't give us some defense and rebounding (and maybe even the occasional garbage bucket) with his thick frame.

We're going to need a big body "enforcer" down low to settle things down in case other teams decide to feel their oats and get a little rough with Skal.

He had said during his interview in the International Game that he was most likely going to wait another year.

As a last resort if even possible but I'd prefer for him to start off fresh and polish up some more for 2016.

Yep, and so is Tai Wynyard.
