Is Cal allowed to visit Bamba?

Just wondering if Cal is able to visit him anymore with an in-home or is all of that done? I'm sure he calls him or texts him just didn't know if he was allowed to visit him in person. Hopefully he doesn't have to and knows by now but I hate this waiting!

Doesn't seem like Cal has gone to any/many of the games Bamba has recently participated (focused on 2018 class). I suppose that means he's fairly confident he has or doesn't have Bamba.
