Go find a hobby manJust go watch him next year in Rupp and see. Sit down in Rupp Arena and watch the next number 1 draft pick and be excited. Thats what its all about, getting to see players with NBA potential in Rupp Arena.

This thread and OP are what UK basketball has become. The questions should be around how can he help us win a national title. Not placing bets on his draft potential. But thats what we are. Thats UK basketball. We only have 1 freaking national title with all of this talent and no one on here, except for Big Blue Sean is even remotely discussing it. We're too busy concerned with whether a player can be a number 1 pick. Amazing.

Not saying that at all. I'm saying he is not a OAD number 1 draft choice. As we have seen this year we tend to over rate our recruits. So do you basketball bennies have a player that Cal should have gotten over Bam then?Since he is basically an unproductive oaf..
Let's see if he can be the number 1 player on the team and maybe top player in college first...
all this crowing kids king before their senior prom has got to stop...all it does is give us false hope and place unfair pressure on their shoulders...
Cal may have a ring and some final fours...but he has yet to win much of anything solely with freshmen or a single phenom...
I hope they're all really good...and I hope they have some solid players from this years squad to play with...otherwise i don't know that it will be nets at the end of the year...
lottery and number 1 picks are great for those individuals...i'm a capitalist and for getting all the money you can...but I'm a University of Kentucky basket ball fan and alumni...i've pumped a lot of money and time into the place over the years...I want Kentucky to be great and hang a banner more than I want another draft night fathead up in the craft center lobby...
Jerry Tipton>Kanye West>Zipp>Cut-NetsCut nets> bam adebayo

Many on here shouldn't quit their day jobs to coach or evaluate talent. @CUT-NETS is a little pussy.

Good luck to him. It will be fun trying to watch him become that at Kentucky. I do think people are overlooking the guy who will actually be no.1 from this class and that's Jayson Tatum. Not being overlooked in the sense of his ranking, but in this thread.
This is such a loaded class that's it's hard to rank the top 10. But I was supremely impressed with Lonzo Ball in his game against Bam. I think there is a little west coast bias baked into his national ranking. Watch out for him and T.J. Leaf at UCLA next year. UCLA has the potential to be on the UK, Duke, Michigan State level which is a weird sentence to type for a Steve Alford team.I've got Jackson, then Tatum, as my top two. They are both great, but Jackson gets a slight edge.
1. Jackson
2. Tatum
3. Fox
4. Monk
5. Adebayo
6. Giles*
7. Smith*
8. Bridges
9. Ball
10. Gabriel
*Injured. Giles and Smith would be top 5 guys if not for the injuries.
