DON'T skip post-game pressers if your team suffers a tough loss

DON'T beat your chest like everything is OK after a good win in a disappointing season. Act like you've been there before.

DON'T end practices early towards the end of the season because you just had a good win

This staff has to stop acting like each game makes or breaks a season, it's the full body of work. You can't be satisfied after a desperate, big win during an underachieving season. You can't pout after losses and skip out on responsibilities that you get paid very well to assume.

the program has suffered from a lack of toughness, physicality, and lack of focus for at least the last 6 years. With the number of guys and talent that we've had come through the program during that time it's obvious our issues aren't the players.

Beyond frustrating and there doesn't seem to be an end to this cycle in sight.
