The head scratching lineups is not helping at all. Whatever the question is Chandler is not the answer.
He should consider redshirting and transferring back to BYU.
Truth is, we are really missing Kerr and Carr.

Yeah missing Carr and Kriisa, and then a clearly hobbled Butler probably at only 85%.. we are pretty undermanned.
If we can’t stay within double digits of Vandy without Carr and Kriisa we’re cooked regardless. This team is soft as shit
Neither of our 5s can play in this game. Their 5 is essentially a 4.
Have to fight speed with speed and play small.
If some of our size was a serious post threat then we could take advantage of it but they aren’t…so they are just defensive liabilities on the perimeter
You either go small or you play a packed zone to take away the chasing and cuts and simplify the rotations…then you hope they get stagnant and miss more than they make

Pope has ran some terrible lineups out there , and chandler sure isn’t the answer and never has been this season . Poor seems to have a soft spot for him . We look pathetic

They certainly look that way so far. They also run their offense much better than we do. Very quick ball movement, pick and rolls, screening, much more aggressive and great shooters. We've benn totally outplayed in the first half.
No. U can’t blame scoring 27 points and being down 14 at half to vandy on Carr being out. This is on coaching and players. Coach didn’t have the players ready to play, has screwed up lineups out there. In now way should there every be a combination of Perry/chandler, Noah and almanor on the court at the same time in a sec game.
My biggest fear with Pope is the nice guy softness.

I thought Pooe recruited guys who could play defense. Only guys we gave that okay any defense are Noah and Butler, and Butler is hurt. Why Pope doesn’t okay zone is beyond me. They couldn’t get any more wide open from 3 than they were 1st half.
Save the excuses. It is really simple, if UK does not shoot the 3 ball 50% or better, we get ran. it takes a exceptional shooting game for this team to keep up with above average teams so that it mask out SEVERAL issues on defense and rebounding. Great shooting can make that stuff look smaller. Bad or subpar shooting, it magnifies them. Blah blah blah, so and so is out. OK, if you truly are elite, someone else step up.

I’m not saying that’s what they are doing, but that’s what it looks like. And obviously point shaving has been done. But the way we played in our top 3 wins vs today is unreal. It doesn’t add up. We are not THIS bad.
I got a feeling most power conference teams have more talent than us.. and certainly when you look at our roster now (no Carr, Kriisa).
No joke, I've seen rosters at Siena, Iona, and Manhattan college that have had about the same talent.
