Basketball the way it should be played. Only going to get better as the season progresses!
Post game was awesome. Chandler, noah, perry already working on chemistry. With limited playing time. That is a sign, we got a darn bench coach.
This is my favorite team since the should’ve been undefeated team. Maxey’s team was good, but Hagans was/is horrible.
Vvery refreshing change. Thankful to see it. We have a team with an actual College coach who has a plan and purpose

Real dudes, real coach, real sets that make sense and work. The continuity offense where the big camps in the high posts and whoever has the mismatch circles off him is $$$$. Defensively, their help is phenomenal. Everyone collapses to the paint and forces kick outs when our opponents drive. Love what Pope is doing and what he is bringing to the program!
Very fun team to watch. They work hard, run the court, seem to have a good basketball IQ and are actual basketball players, not just the highest ranked athletes. What I really like about them is the experience they bring in which could pay off big in tough situations. I love watching all the passing and looking for teammates and when you listen to them speak the team aspect comes through, not so much of the me attitude with this group. Going to be a fun season however it might turn out. Looking so forward to the next game already, when's the last time we had that sort of feeling.

Yeah, I don’t recognize all of them. Love that photo though. We definitely aren’t just “rolling out the ball” this year.
Why do you think they wore business attire? I know I'm an old fart, but I think it exudes class and confidence when you see that on the sidelines.
They are Professional Coaches and they want the players, fans, media and everyone else know that this isn’t a flash in the pan coaching staff. They look like lawyers who plan on taking everything you have worth taking. The players are the mercenaries that take it from the other teams and everyone is happy at UK.
I love everything that's going on here. From the experienced and talented players, to the system being run, to the cohesion and consistency, to listening to our coach speak intelligently and passionately about what's going on. It's ALL good!
