Best lineup is:
DJ - he breaks down his man the most consistently and attacks the paint. If his layups are falling, he is a huge asset. He can also defend on the ball the best of the 4 guards, which isn't saying much, but we need all we can get in that dept.
Dilly/Reed - you can start and play either at the 2, and then role with the hot one for the game. They can also back up Wagner at the 1.
Reeves should start at the 3. He is 6-6, so he has the size. He is a great scorer, but gives up a bit much on D. Still the best we have at the spot. He can also back up the 2 spot or play the 4 in a small ball lineup. Adou could back him up at the 3.
Mitchell, for now, needs to keep starting at the 4. He just has the experience, and when he is on, he is very good! He sucks on defense though. And we have to stop playing him over 30 mpg. Maybe 25mpg tops. We also need to start going back to him at the 5 for a few minutes per game. Mix the tempo up. Adou should be eating into some of Mitchell's minutes though if he could stay healthy. Z can maybe get a couple minutes here to see what he has as well. Not sold on two 7 footers playing together though.
Ugonna is the starting 5. He is just more physically mature and experienced. He blocks shots the best, and he takes pride in being a defensive player. Still, Mitchell and Z need to get some minutes at this spot behing Ugo. Similar to Sheppard and Dilly, if one is hot for a game, let them play more.
That gives you 8 dudes with Bradshaw, Edwards and Burks on the bench for foul trouble, give guys a short rest or whatever other reasons you end up needing them. You still try to find them 5mpg or so, but you don't give them substantial minutes until they prove something.
