Just because it is an admin position that is not supposed to be an "on the field, hands on" coach, doesn't mean he can't coach the coaches.
And God knows we have some young inexperienced coaches who need a lot of mentoring in several areas, starting from game prep to game management and even how to administer discipline to players who are not mentally mature enough to act like an adult during games.
And a few old coaches still have some learning to do also.
Invaluable addition to our team to hopefully help fix some of our obvious coaching issues that keep costing us games we should win.
