Even Bagley being cleared wouldn't be seismic. Fran is smarter than that.
Cal does so much Seismic stuff every recruiting year that it no longer is Seismic. So this has to be about someone else.
Bagley NOT being cleared would be seismic.. ESPN article today said something like "Coach K and staff wouldn't have bothered with MB if they didn't think he'd be eligible".

I'd take that all day! No shame. Zion goes to Kansas and they continue to not be a factor.. Or Duke loses MB and turns back into 10 to 20th ranked team.
Anyone heard anything on Bagley more recently? Classes began at Duke today and he will have to matriculate by next Friday. He is cutting it close.
Not to turn this into an MB thread.. But an ESPN article today said he would have to make up 6 classes worth of credits. Now, not sure when that would have been done. Could have been months ago.
But the article made it sound like he still needed to complete courses to be cleared and that it's possible he'll miss practice time.

If he isn't at Duke by September 8 he will miss the entire semester. Then it would be up to him as to whether he wanted to play half a season.
