A long time ago we reported on Class of 2018 quarterback Kolbe Langhi of Hopkinsville. He's already 6-foot-5 and 220 pounds. He's a lefty with a long way to go but because of his frame, some of the throws he's proven he can make, and his ability to put a nice touch on the ball, he's garnered some early attention.
Langhi camped at Kentucky this summer and it wasn't a make or break performance so far as UK and Shannon Dawson are concerned - and that's a good thing. Langhi told me he was very upset with his performance and he doesn't believe he competed nearly as well as he's able to on a good day. He'll still have later camp opportunities but that's where things stand. QB's and in-state recruits are popular, so in case you were wondering, there it is.
