HELP! Anyone know how to watch the game in Indianapolis?

So CBS is showing the Colts on the local station despite being on NFL network. So I cannot get on Directv or YouTube tv and I have a spectrum account out of Cleveland but it is forcing me to the Colts game as well.

Any suggestions?
