I sure hope so, we need some good news to head into the Summer. Once they start practicing and video gets out, we will be pumped up. After the Summer trip we will expect a Final Four again! Happens every year, just been a roller coaster.

He kinda is because he’s allowed a player or two to dictate who and when he brings in additional players. I’d trade Bradshaw to USC for 2-3 solid portal dudes, but Cal didn’t want to have Bradshaw take his heart, and now those dudes are gone.
When Bradshaw ends up being Skal or Boston, and Ugo is average at best, UK will be out of the tournament by February.

Lots to complain about, but let's be accurate.
I don't believe Cal has mailed it in, I just think the game has passed him by, especially the transfer portal.
Sometimes with Cal it is hard to tell.
He seems to be the least upset every year that we flame out in the tournament.
He's mailed it in with Kentucky winning a while back.

This is the season Cal and his followers have all pointed to. We kept hearing "it's not Cal, it's the players, just wait until that 2023 class steps on the court. We'll see swaggy Cal again!"

If you guys think all these freshmen are going to live up to their billing, you haven't learned a damn thing. Edwards might be the only one that doesn't struggle for a large part of the year.

By players he means guys that can actually play and are worthy of a UK scholarship. Not guys like Ware or Canada who are practice fodder. No offense intended to those two young men, but they are not UK material. We shall see what happens.

Take a seat. If you've paid attention to my posts, you see that there is a kernel of truth in everything I write. I write from "afar", if you will. The kernel of truth here is that word's gotten around that CCC can't coach and players don't need to play for him to get to the NBA, and CCC has a perpetual knack for focusing on things that have ZERO to do with on-court success. How about putting a bit more thought into your questions. That's like me asking you whether Cal will be here in 5-10 years. The kernel of truth is that every move he makes moves the needle closer to UK power-to-be's pulling the plug on him.
At this point, you are correct . Luckily the season doesn’t start till November. So..
