Hall of fame coaches ?

I been slipping over to the Razorbacks boards and reading some of their posts . They keep referring to Cal as a hall of fame coach and they’re correct. However imo those accolades should be bestowed on coaches after retirement ? It just seems a bit premature imo. Also I’m having a hard time thinking of a HOF coach whose son went on to have a great coaching career ? Can you guys think of anyone ?
