Getting some work done on the side yard that sort of bobs and weaves around the rules of the neighborhood HOA. Shouldn't be an issue if everyone just remains cool. And then I look outside and see my 65-year old neighbor dog-cussing the workers and taking pictures of my yard. Great start to the weekend!

Letterkenny isn’t for everyone and can be hit or miss in mid-seasons. Man it starts strong though and has some absolutely hilarious moments throughout.
You ain't kidding. I always want more of the storyline. They waaaaaay overdo the witty word play, imo. But when it is good... it is something else.

Is Shoresy any good? I thought the bit ran thin in the main show. Not sure I want to invest in a show about a character that I didn't enjoy that much in the first place.

Somebody (@Booker Noe maybe? Edit: Definitely not Booker!) posted this clip back in the day and it got me hooked.

Never got into Shoresy for similar reasons. Also don’t watch a ton of stuff.

The unhinged Gail character in Letterkenny is a weird glue on much of the first part of the series.

Early flight to PHX on Sunday. Normally just uber the 1.25 hours morning of to the airport. Forecast is calling for 4-5” of snow sat night.

I propose staying at hotel next to airport sat night and going up before the snow starts (mid afternoon). Wife thinks it’s a great idea, for safety of course.

I’ve earned this.

The only way I'm calling it the Gulf of America is if it's in reference to the band America, because the ocean is a desert with it's life underground and the perfect disguise above.

Otherwise, it's the Gulf of Mexico, just like BMoney's boy JCM belted out so beautifully on Pink Houses.

Ain't that America?

This deal for Shaq keeping the Inside the NBA show afloat but licensing it out and trading it for Big 12 basketball and football games is weird AF.

Butler and Robinson out tomorrow. Next man up and pray someone goes off that’s unexpected.

One and a half dog, to boot. Just seems like one we grind out and find a way to win. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don’t give a rip about who is out. We legit go 11 deep when healthy at this point and they all have weakness, but they all have strength.

What we don’t have is a coach that worries about weakness. Mark Pope flat puts us in position to have our strengths spotlighted and even the backups are relishing in that.

We have enough the next two games to win.

You'd LOVE our HOA.

We have a neighbor that's suing the HOA because they haven't been enforcing no street parking on a couple of houses in the neighborhood. Suing the HOA means we all get to enjoy increases to pay for attorneys to battle over the two houses in the neighborhood that have a car parked on the street.

Less government is better Huber. It all starts with an HOA fee to cover landscaping and a half assed community pool set-up. Now you gotta regulate parking, boats, sheds, etc. that should be the towns domain.

Cats by 3. Need Brea to continue his ascent.

This weather blows.

Two people apparently put up out buildings / sheds in their back yard which is also part of the lawsuit and against our HOA regulations.
Im actually all on board for the HOA as it does protect home values and keeps our neighborhood nice.

Longtime lurker with real curiosity here. So do the people parking the cars on the street have to pay increased HOA rates to help pay for the case being made against them?

Turns out my neighbor was pissed that the workers were blocking his driveway. Instead of just politely asking them to move he started yelling at them. He said one of them called him a motherf’r. I was kind of like, “yeah dude, you probably deserved that.”

Anyway, everybody cross your fingers that I won’t have to rip out the AstroTurf I put in.

HOA’s can regulate who can and can’t park on public streets? How does that work?

Granted Huber very well could live in a private community that maintains their own streets.

To be fair.........

Our neighborhood has no such restriction despite EVERY house having a 3-car garage. I lose my ever-loving-mind having to navigate cars parked on the street.

It's tough out here.

It’s infuriating. Always worried some small child that I can’t see due to Billy Bob’s small commercial fleet parked on the street and in his yard will dart out (because that’s what little kids do they dart) into the street in front of my very slowly driving car.

While there are disadvantages to living in a remote area, I don't like close neighbours. I can't see my nearest neighbour from my front porch. All my closest neighbours are Amish. An Amish guy is building a house down the road from me and I am letting him use my barn and pasture for his horses till he has his home ready. In return, he is doing some work for me. I think I prefer this to an HOA. 😊

Just wait until that selfish prick parks his multiple teams of horse and buggies up and down the street. I can’t even begin to fathom that nightmare.

That would be some bullsht.

I can see fake grass from sidewalks all over the neighborhood.

Very selective enforcement with those people.
