Nice grammar, tard
WTF is wrong with you people? I haven’t ordered little ceasers, dominoes, Pizza Hut, or any other national chain garbage in probably 15 years. There is no reason. And it’s not like I’m ordering 100 dollar truffle pizza, it’s there are so many local places by my house. At least 10. Some of them just as cheap, all much better. Get your shit together Lexington.
- Well Ron...
- My cheap local place is called Old School NY Style Pizza. It sells large pepperoni pizzas for $16. Plus those effers expect a tip even on carry out. So I'm looking at like $20 a pizza after tax from that place.
- Plus you have to call in or try to order on-line, which is a bit of a pain on their jank ass website. And often it's a 30 min wait.
- If I go to Dominos I can order on-line and get my pizzas for $10 and they seem to have it in the oven in like 10 seconds. If you order multiple pies it makes a huge difference.
- Had Detroit pizza for lunch just now. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!
First person I thought of when the pizza takes were firing left and right.RIP, BBdK. If this discussion can't get a condescending post out of him, nothing will.
Hope everything is OK.

It can't be the same business, but we have a Giovannis in Versailles thats a pizza buffet. It's arguably the worst pizza I've ever ate. Thin, greasy, and frozen pizza like.I grew up on Giovanni’s pizza in Ashland. Before dad moved us to this shithole. Realized they finally got one in Lexington. Order it each trip.
Surely, you Lexington peeps have tried it?
Same chain. My wife grew up in Ashland. Her family eats Giovanni’s regularly and treats it as a religious experience compared to other pizzerias🥹It can't be the same business, but we have a Giovannis in Versailles thats a pizza buffet. Can't be the same stuff.
If that place is open in 6 months, I'd be surprised.Same chain. My wife grew up in Ashland. Her family eats Giovanni’s regularly and treats it as a religious experience compared to other pizzerias🥹
People are on here talking about Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Little Caesars. Didn’t realize we were discussing Portnoy’s go to spots. If that place is open in 6 months, I'd be surprised.
Hate it for whoever invested in putting a franchise there, but the pizza is just subpar at best.
Next time I see a homeless person eating a can of sardines I’ll remember this thread where everyone jacked each other off for eating an awful 9 dollar pizza instead of a pretty good locally made pizza for 12.25.
Kroger had them 2 for 1 last week, as a bachelor, of course I bought 4.Red Baron > Tombstone
