Saw a January NCAA tourney draw today and they have a 10-8 matchup between Kentucky/Duke. I guess they were being clever. I want either an 8 or 16 seed. Ain't skeered of the field.
Sad Kansas has dropped 2. Would have rather blown out the top ranked team.
Not gonna lie, I have no interest in the NFL. That died with the few people I would watch with after they passed. Do like the pomp and circumstance of the Super Bowl though.
My investments are doing better.
Blessed to have one parent around. Mom is 88 and it is heart wrenching when the body still functions but the mind fades. She still knows my name and who I am though.

Saw Clark Kellogg in the airport tonight and I let out a “spurtabilty”. He got a good laugh at it.

In case you're wondering, my boys are all 49ers all the time, so that makes it really fun as a dad. They weren't really interested in football until we moved out here, and now the 49ers have made 3 NFC Championships in 4 years. Pretty good timing. And the boys all play football - and are eaten up by it!
07 is now 6'1" 175 lbs. and can bench his weight. Up almost 50 lbs. in a year. 27" vertical and his goal is 30" by the start of next season. He works out 4-5 times a week. He transferred to the best football school in NorCal so he better be ready.
Btw, this is one of 07's good friends. He's a freak athlete WR. I'm hyping up Kentucky to him and his dad. Huber - tmfh - brady - do your thing with the coaches. He's legit legit. Like 4/5 Star legit.

It’s called the Benny lineup because Cal refuses to play the lineup that all the “basketball Bennies” aka joe blows that Cal thinks knows nothing about bball compared to him, know to play the most efficient/best five lineup. Whereas Cal still subs like he doesn’t know which lineup to play.

Traveling to Vanderbilt to play a basketball game is always a tremendous challenge. You see, their benches aren't along the sidelines, but rather along the baseline, which presents a totally unique and difficult set of circumstances for the opposing coaching staff. In addition, the court is (**gasp**) elevated.
It's basically an entirely different sport, players are coaches are totally caught off guard, and I expect to lose by 40-50 points as we always do.

- One of the best experiences of being a sports fan is when your team is making a postseason run and the whole city/state is feeling themselves and there’s a buzz and electricity in the air. Everywhere you go people are rocking gear, strangers chatting about the game, just a sense of community.
I’ve had it in Lexington/Kentucky probably a dozen times, and now on Year 2 with the Who Deys. It’s the greatest, and another reason I feel sorry for bandwagon fans. You’ll never experience that.

Random UK game that I remember being extree hyped for was 95-96 vs Georgia Tech. Matt Harpring and freshman Marbury came to town with a lot of hype. I think they may have led at the half but the Cayts came out and kicked the shit out of them in the second.
- We match up well with Kansas. Beat the commawhores tomorrow night and let big game rupp do its thing Saturday. Would love to be there for that one.
- Dallas gets what it deserves for paying Dak like he’s elite and hiring McCarthy as the head man.
