All of this is on Stoops we will never be at a level to just show up an beat any SEC team. The tone was set in the first play.
Just like last week this game comes down to situational coaching. I hate second guessing these guys, but they clearly aren’t perfect so……..
We set the tempo with that stupid ass reverse, and that cost us and put us on our heels the rest of the first half.
I didn’t think Sheron was uncapable, but we needed a simple plan, and clearly CRod up the middle worked. Play action off that and it’s a damn ball game!
Tough loss, but we are 4-2 with CRod missing 4 games and Levis missing 1game. I’m not sure what else to expect in hindsight.

Beamer values ST, is aggressive on defense and was willing to change his offensive approach in the second half. He could have dropped his pants at the 50 for all I care, he earned it.
Also, Ruffalo missed another kick but everything in front of him is still seriously broken and we gave up a blocked punt. Can we please invest in a specialist soon?

Imo we missed our window with UT and UF historically bad. With the portal we will be fine but that was the window for actual big time football it's closed.

USC had four sacks all year, they racked up five last night.
UF still probably has another year or two to get back where they want to be but the ultra quick turnaround for UT is very hard to stomach. 🤮

I guess ESPN is stretched a bit thin for commentators with the MLB playoffs. I was watching my Mariners win their first playoff series since 2001 yesterday and Tim Kurkjian was on the call. God. Awful. It's almost like he was an on field reporter for 3 decades for a reason.

Meh. I get all the redass and am right there with you, but if we get a few key pieces back we can still throw some punches. 8 days ago we pretty much won at Ole Miss FFS.
If we don't see our guys playing like their heads are on fire next Saturday night we've got serious problems.

I’m most upset with the defense… no leaders, demanding excellence from each other. Started missing tackles in second half, 3rd Down impotence. Emotionless.
