I agree and with winter coming most of it will be gifts to my clients, family and friends. I’ve not opened the Kentucky Owl because they are 2 different batches(1&2) and I actually hope to trade it for some Pappy.

Jeff ocean is tasty and not bad for the price.

I don’t think Owl is worth secondary market prices.

I actually like Weller SR better than antique.

All in on 1920, stockpiling it.

Maybe I can talk Harris into breaking out the Pappy tonight...

Re pappy, save your money/efforts. I’m drinking a glass of pappy 20 on the couch right now. It’s the fourteenth bottle of it I have owned, if I am keeping track correctly (I might not be)

It’s good whiskey, but it really is all hype/image/etc. Extremely overoaked and one dimensional. At regular retail it is probably worth it for the “experience,” but at secondary prices, it’s a joke.

Some Old Fo 1920 will get you a lot more mileage. TS.

1993 F4 guys get together this weekend. #old

Kansas getting Vick back was everything, kid is a stud.

3rd straight year with a guard they’ve had who went from marginal, to good, to All American caliber over 4 years.

-Romeo is shooting 21% from 3, so Herro isn’t the only one struggling.

-Charlie Moore looks like a woman.

Wouldn't the complete talent stack be the most important thing here? Ulis went pro after his sophomore year and everyone agreed he went at the right time. However, what if he stayed all four years? He could have earned his degree, become an all-time favorite at UK, improved his draft stock a little more, and had two more years living the great life of a college student? Instead he's already finished in the NBA. Then if the NBA fell through, he would have been more well-rounded and ready for other things.

He wasn't a 1st Rounder and therefore didn't have guaranteed money. I believe he would've been a 1st Rounder as a Senior. And more importantly his body would've matured to help him battle the rigors of a NBA season. He was always going to battle his size problem but strength and maturity would've helped him.
