The Reds struggles are very simple, and no, Basic Bitch Baseball Fan, it's not because they don't spend enough in free agency. 5 years ago this team was pretty loaded with talent. As those players aged and became more expensive, Cincinnati traded nearly everyone away, and essentially got nothing in return. It's almost impossible to trade away Johnny Cueto, Mike Leake, Jay Bruce, Aroldis Chapman, and Brandon Phillips for less than they did.

RE the allegiant thing I take the lexington-sanford flight frequently. I just canceled an upcoming flight today. Is my life worth an extra $200 and two hours of layover? Prob not but its nearly summer time.
One of the under reported aspect of this teacher thing is where do gym teachers stand? What an important subset. The entire school year could be determined whether your gym teacher was a raging psycho or a cool dude who gave NF.

The Charleston Southern Charm is an absolutely awful show and i'm caught up with every episode. Naomi really made an ass of herself last week throwing those cheating accusations at JD.

-The spring game was pretty worthless considering everyone that was out (and the format), but I'm encouraged otherwise headed into the season. A ton of experience (and talent, actually) coming back. Stoops has been pretty forthright in saying we will be better. I'll believe the bastard.
Regarding Terry and Hoak, play em both IMO. Doesn't need to be a 50/50 deal, but if each is actually effective at their strength, that's a lot to prepare for. Gran's system is pretty adaptable for either QB type. Good with either, though. Candidly, the line, Benny and CJ should make life a bit easier for whomever gets the nod.

Allegiant this Saturday to Orlando. Flying there to run in my first half-marathon. So it sounds like I'll die this weekend one way or the other.

- The fleet age story is somewhat overrated; Delta was flying DC9's like three years ago (last built in 1982). Airlines fly a ton of the MD80s - and there was an article in Business Insider recently about how popular those planes currently are. Safety for those jets seems pretty good these days. I prefer them to 737s from a comfort standpoint.
- Pressing issue is the crappy maintenance work; wished CBS would have spent more time on that rather than the "FAA not doing its job" angle. Is Allegiant using a maintenance contractor that other airlines use? Not sure.

My mother-in-law has never flown before and on Saturday my wife and father-in-law were trying to plan a short weekend trip for her to at least get on a plane.
