Looks like he is much slower and a worse runner than Levis. Pretty stationary.

Injured Levis or uninjured Levis ? Cause Will was a pretty damn good runner when healthy. Zero scrambling ability though .

Mystery man. Finished Spring as QB2, now MIA. Milk carton candidate. Is/was he hurt? Others just passed him by? Nobody knows, others don't care.

Rumor is , something happened at Iowa and he is currently in the witness protection program.

Yeah if I had my choice it’s Leary but if the staff wants mertz than I guess let’s roll with it

Nussmier would be a great pickup for you guys.

I'm guessing once again there will be many outstanding QBs in the portal-- what you see in the portal now is likely not what you'll see in there eventually.

I'm not just happy with McNamara as our QB now, but shocked we could reel him in.

Just catching up on this thread. Mertz is awful and would be a downgrade from what is currently on our roster. To even consider him would be a terrible mistake.

Been trying to save your Wildcat friends the false hope in Mertz. He's not going to lead UK to a bounce back next year.
