C-, maybe D+. One bad int, several passes that were there that his accuracy was off, dropped a perfect snap for a big loss. Made a few really nice throws, I definitely feel like he disappointed today.
I take Johnson over Levis and Leary.Leary or stephen johnson I take Johnson
Leary had some bad plays but he's ABSOLUTELY progressing and it looks to me like it's timing of the offensive plays and rust. Don't listen to half the nonsense here. If we don't win 72-0 on the road they say we suck, he sucks, etc.I have not got watch the game yet.
We are at a volleyball tournament.
But reading this thread sure does not sound good.
Wasn’t it the last time Coen was here we started to click and improve around game 5?
Leary often had time to throw. He made some poor decisions and had some head-scratching misses. That’s not to let the oline off the hook. A lot of penalties today.I haven’t seen the game. Did he have ample time to throw? Was the online any good?
Yenser would 100% be out of a job at the final horn of the season. No question about it. How some of these coaches get and retain jobs is beyond me. To be a position coach you’ve got to either be a great teacher (haven’t seen it yet) or a great recruiter (also doesn’t possess this skill). So the question is, what exactly does he do well besides collect a pay check?C- today
I believe he gets lazy with his mechanics and sometimes over throws the ball
But then I realize he’s often in 2nd 10 and getting instant pressure because our Oline is flat horrible - not only are they terrible blockers they commit penalties at a abnormal rate.
Yesner has been god awful in every way - no way he should be a Oline Coach in the SEC
Been the story here for yearsLeary was fine, it's the online that makes him look bad at times
I was going to say B- to c+. The line and once again receivers both performed below his level.C+ he had a lot of drops that weren't his fault.
