Goodman and Field of 68 changing their tune. They now have UK winning the SEC.

At Auburn
At Tennessee
At Arkansas/Florida
Arkansas is further down that list . At Miss St is tougher as are some home games . Arky suckkkks this season. 3 toughest games left on schedule IMO are in this order = 1. at auburn 2. UT in Rupp 3. at UT. I think the game UT fgiven its the last game of the season and how good we will be by then will be much easier then when we play them at Rupp. I think we lose 2-3 SEC games At Auburn , UT at Rupp and MAYBE one more like at Miss St or A&M .

Agreed they might not be as good as State. But we often play poorly there. Their crowd gets up for us are are rowdier than just about anyone else.

I realize the difference when we arrive in town, but versus a very mediocre LSU team, Texas A&M:

1. Scored 53 points
2. Shot 25% from the field
3. Shot 17% from 3
4. Had 4 different scoring droughts of a total of 21 minutes; over half a game scoring ZERO points
5. Had 2 players in double figures

Not good, but as you said, don't expect to see the same #'s from them for our game

I got UK to win SEC at +1600 Pre Season. Wasn't totally confident when I made the bet but feeling much better now about it. 😁

Just for clarification, is it to win the SEC regular season, or win the SECT?

IM tempted to put money on Tennessee as well, just to hedge. I see no way the champ comes from someone else.

You don't have to win in Knoxville, but you gotta win at home. Don't lose anymore than 3 SEC road games, and win all your home games. That will win the SEC. Tennessee is gonna lose some games on the road. They can become offensively challenged, and when they do that in a hostile crowd, they are gonna lose.
I agree that’s a good idea, just saying stealing a road game there would give us a cushion for an unexpected loss that seems to happens at least one time a year.

Winning at Tennessee will be very tough. But I actually think we match up well with them. They struggle to shoot and score and won’t be able to exploit Kentucky the same way Florida did.

If we make our open shots, no reason we can’t win down there.
