Why don't we just starting raising Kentucky fan officials and make it so like 50% of collegiate officials happen to be born and raised in the state of Kentucky, by parents who were avid Kentucky fans. We should of course raise them to be outwardly neutral towards any particular school and maybe even go to a smaller in state school.
