WTF? We aren’t the physical team. How is it that every time we face a supposed “physical” team, they foul less??? How is that possible?

Bad night. This team doesn’t respond well on the front line to physical play. Yes, the officiating is about as bad as any I can recall, but you can’t have you’re forwards and center not returning physical for physical.

To be honest after the fight against Duke and the Zags these lapses are bewildering.

That seems to be the trend. Get a big win and then following that up with a sloppy performance against a lesser opponent. Frustrating as hell.

I agree unless they suddenly give an eff and play like the game is important their gonna lose most road games.

Unless it’s a top team. Those games they care and try.

Hopefully next year our guys will care and try for these games

I think they try they’re just physically and mentally soft and when teams get physical and make them guard and slow the game down they wilt

Pope should get coach of the year for getting this bunch into the top 10. He has done more with toothpicks and bubble gum than any other coach could have come close to doing. I am not saying this because there isn't talent on this; I am saying it because he has a collection of players who aren't willing to consistently battle and will melt like butter when things get tough.

That’s a really good description. It’s easy to get frustrated with a game like this. But the big picture tells the real story.

Anyone who can’t see what happened here tonight is living in fantasy land where everything is always on the up and up. This is real world here people.

Tennessee losing by 30 at Florida. UK losing by double digits to UGA. DID not watch any games tonight. Decided I had to have a break. Just saw the scores. Since I did not watch i will not comment on any specifics.

Maybe the team issue is not being able to get up for teams not in the top 15 or so. Pope has to figure out how to motivate against every day blah teams.

We knew this would be an up and down year. This is a down. Saturday could be another down game but at least it is against a ranked opponent. Maybe UK will be ready for that game.

Oweh is the only one I can see an argument for as a Lu dort type of guy. But his shooting has to get significantly better for that to happen.

I know this goes against the thoughts, but official stats show Kentucky losing rebounding by 2.
The extra 20 free throws for Georgia are the huge number.
