Ft Thomas Highlands O-lineman Max Mertz commits to Louisville. Did we show any interest ?

His recruiting profiles show EKU, Marshall, Toledo, and Troy as the competition. Im guessing if we did show interest it wasnt much.
If he's only a junior & shows improvement over the next year. UK then might show interest in him & sign him. I mean if you were Mertz would you rather play in the SEC or the ACC? If UK being a SEC team wants him UK will get him.
