Why assume it’s Corona? He’s also had 2 open heart surgeries. Could be anything.
Because it’s the current point of concern. Assume and prepare for the worst. Hope for the best.

But, bottom line, with what's going on right now, if you feel sick before the game, regardless of whether you know the reason or not, you should not be going out there. We're dealing with a brand new virus that is extremely contagious, this ain't the time to be rolling the dice exposing your fever to thousands of people.

Common cold does not hit you like that. I've never heard anyone compare the flu to the common cold. Do they even know for sure it is not covid-19? Hasn't there been issues with testing where it didn't show up positive and later did? Maybe that was before symptoms showed up. Regardless, with a fever he should have been nowhere near the team and the court.
I think you can pretty much guarantee they gave him a flu test before considering a Coronavirus test, as the test is widely available and you get results in minutes.
I'm not a doctor, but do have a master's degree in nursing and work frontline acute care. Some of the stuff I read in these threads makes me shake my head in confusion in regards to microbiology, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and biology. Some of you all are dramatically underestimating the seriousness of the situation as a whole. Make no mistake, the virus WILL SWEEP THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES.
FYI for those arguing the US should have been testing everyone for days like South Korea. Apples to oranges. Population of South Korea is approx. 51 million in a very small geographical area. The US has around 330 million people scattered over a very large and mostly rural area. You think it's going to be easy to test people in the hills of east KY, Texas prairies or Florida swamps?

And this is the ridiculous part.... they're testing thousands here already. Italy has tested tens of thousands. China over 50k. Over 120k have been tested worldwide, it's been reported.
Where did they get all of the kits from to test over 100k, and if they did actually test that many for this specific virus, they had to have put the making of test kits into mass production, so why aren't there enough kits?

The people in remote places aren't likely to have it unless they're being sprayed with it by planes.

well let me tell you I’m one of those rare types with higher education that preps, owns weapons, and is ready for whatever goes down. Mine will be one of the last.
I can carry my own weight. Have good leadership skills. Wanna start our own colony? I have a few guns but I haven’t stockpiled like we need to in order to take down the walkers. I guess Ill need to pick up a crossbow on my way.

all this. We’ll all handcraft T-shirt’s to sell on the side of the road with our gas masks on, stockpile on guns, ammo, supplies, and money, and then go on a psychedelic acid trip like Timothy Leary. The LSD will inspire new, creative t-shirt designs, we’ll stockpile enough money to buy enough lawyers to succeed from the state, and wahh la... the corona confederacy is born.
They make them. This is the alarming thing and should serve as a wakeup call to our government. Current admin has been pushing it, but we need manufacturing in the US. We are a service country and that needs to change.
Some ridiculous percentage of acute Rx is made in China.

Maybe he lied. I know that sounds ridiculous but I am beginning to think our honest, stable genius of a president simply lied. It is time for leadership, leadership that can be trusted . When America looks for that leadership, we all find its smoke. Nothing of substance.
Go back to CNN and MSNBC I am sure they can give you the truth from Schiff, Shumer, Pelosi and your dementia candidate Biden.
Maybe not , but if truth is what you want, Trump is the last place you would look. Even supporters like you are aware of his problems in giving accurate info. He has an opportunity to show real leadership during this troubling time. If his past is an indication, I think people will look elsewhere for truth and leadership. jmo
