Definitely a tough situation when a prominent coach, coordinator in this case, is rumored to be entertaining other job interest/offers and you are dealing with players and future players.
Of course this is a business and everything reported to be happening is behind the scenes probably has a life of its own, but that is the word that we have heard. Worth mentioning at the very least.
