100% agree the HC is the problem. But Hamdan was a lame duck hire. Tried to hire him after Coen left the first time. Dude has failed up and is a horrible coach and such a lazy hire.

Good question.
Maybe because he returns kickoffs and plays 1st string WR and they don't want him blown up on a fair catch or just drilled hard in general as those guys storm down the field.
