Wanted to start some somewhat off topic discussions for football fans that like the national landscape.
First up: Five programs that are most likely to dominate college football in the next five years:
Order matters.
1. Ohio State - Less competition in Big Ten. Meyer's excellent. Coming of title, profile rising. Proven they can win with the backup's backup at quarterback.
2. Alabama - Still Alabama. Still Saban. Still awesome recruits. Nothing's changed.
3. USC - Oregon has probably maxed out. West coast is theirs to own. Recruiting is insane right now. Questions about Sark but he will have the horses.
4. Auburn - Another in the West? 1) Malzahn - Offensive genius. 2) Muschamp - Beast of a defensive coordinator. 3) Excellent talent.
5. FSU - The ACC's best, no doubt. Post-Winston will need a QB but Jimbo's recruited well.
