Shit, I worked there for 8 days in the early 90s. I'd eat that GD chicken like a caveman after it fell off into the spits and into that festering steam water that had been accumulating all day.

Can't be much worse than the summer that I washed dishes at Cracker Barrel. Go straight from straining left over food and cigs out of the bus tub to making tomorrow's hash brown casserole.

Never got the shits though.
