Stoops' insistence to bemoan NIL, or seek sympathy for all the work he has done, is EXACTLY the wrong way to use his Bully Pulpit.
Quit with the negative, "whoa is me," tone.
Instead, take those moments to openly push, sell, brag about specific NIL opportunities for listening fans. Literally keep a list of NIL opportunities/activities in your pocket, pull them out and talk about them as great opportunities for fans to help.
NIL is what it is, and it ain't going away.
