'Evaluating winners and losers of pro decisions.'

I know you are not intelligent since you are a duke fan.

But Composite ranking as Duval at #5 and Carter at #6...so obviously Carter wouldn't be considered "consensus top 5 recruit".
What composite ranking are you talking about, 247Sports? It gives Sexton, Duval and Carter the same score of 0.9982. Basically there's a 3 way tie at #4.

Also, coming up with "Duval/Carter is consensus top 5" doesn't mean shit. At the end of the day the recruiting class gap between UK and Duke is actually pretty wide, and this with Diallo excluded. It's not like UK's class is made up of bunch of 4 star. They are made up of 5 star. Your argument is random as f*** and stupid.
You can only play 5 players at once on the basketball court. I'd rather have the 2 surefire studs than a larger quantity of 5 star players who could grow unhappy with their playing time and cause chemistry problems.

Ayton, Porter, Bamba, Duval and Carter are the 5 game changing talents in this year's recruiting class. Sexton is very close and you can add him in too if you want.

Trent, Diallo, Vanderbilt, PJ, Richards, Knox and Green all fall into that next tier,

hahahah Ayton, Porter, Bamba, Duval and Carter are 5 game changing talents??? Here you go with your random ass 5 person rating system. DUMBBBBB

I'm using ESPN.

http://www.espn.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/playerrankings

Carter: #4
Duval: #5
Trent Jr.: #7

I'm not counting Hami as part of this year's class since he reclassified and enrolled at UK this Spring and has already gotten practice time in college. Trent is the #1 SG!

Bolden will play the 5 and Carter will play the 4 this year since K doesn't have that prototypical NBA SF that he plays as a stretch 4 this year.

At any rate, Carter and Duval are basically consensus top 5 recruits while none of UK's recruits fit that description on any recruiting site.

Is this the same ESPN who had Jeter at 11, and didn't have Bledsoe in their top 100? That ESPN? Those morons always have your recruits higher than other services and ours are usually lower on theirs than other services. Same ole, same ole.

Carter as a game changer? You really can't be serious with that. I like how you also included Duval as a game changer. If you don't think Knox and Diallo aren't as talented as the two Dukies, i don't know what to tell you. Watch this upcoming season and come back and tell me Carter and Duval are better talents than Knox and Diallo. Knox will be a freak of nature in Cal's system and will put up major stats. Diallo is another dude who has the tools to do major damage to the college game. I have watched a lot of Carter's games during highschool and that dude will not be a game changer for Duke next season. If that is what you guys are counting on, you're probably screwed. Bolden is another i wouldn't count on to produce every game for Duke. The dude just isn't tough enough to play the post in college, nevermind the NBA. I don't know how so many recruiting experts watched Bolden play in highschool and thought he had what it takes to control the paint in college and enter the NBA draft after one year. The one thing no coach can teach or improve from a player is toughness and if you don't have it, you probably never will and if you are a post player without toughness, you are in trouble. Kentucky's recruiting class this year is the more talented class and after a few games played, you will be thinking Knox was the missing recruit from Duke's recruiting class that could have made Duke a legit top 5 type of team. Luckily for us, Kentucky has Knox and Knox will put up better stats than Duval and Carter. If Carter is learning how to play the post from Bolden, good luck on Duke's frontcourt play this coming year.
