In Vince’s last comments he said he felt it would be easier to succeed at UL.
That got me thinking?….. What is success?
Louisville plays in a god awful conference with one relevant team (Clemson). Which we should have beaten without an epic collapse. They have only been able to beat them once I believe since joining the ACC. They can go 10-2 without having a single top 25 win. Is that really success?
When it comes to bowl season, a 10-2 2nd place ACC team will be paired with a 7-8 win 6th place SEC team. If they beat them. Is that really success? I say no. It’s apples to Oranges. If UL is given a 10-2 SEC team, they get destroyed.
Last year they destroyed us. Our team collapsed. Some voices say Vince was a big help in that culture collapse. Now he’s at Louisville.
Let us not forget before last year we had owned those clowns for the past 6 years.
Success is all in the eye of the beholder. Going 10-2 in the ACC looks like an accomplishment to some. It looks weak and pathetic to our fans.
