Duke Game Observations

At the end of the day, and I had a few days since that win to feel pretty damn good about things, I'll just say ....

I really love the fact I can say dUKe came out of the game with chaffed (kon) knipples after losing to us.

It's a real shame. Chaffed knipples and salty tears are a blue blood delicacy.

Thanks for serving them up, blue devils !

Bon appetite !

UK 13 wins
dUKE. 11

..... And to think some Kentucky fans thought you'd catch us! Better luck next year !

I'm in Northern Kentucky, the drive to Louisville SUCKS (would be fun to go bird watching there with a BB gun). My husband and I are thinking of going down to see the Kentucky Horse Park lights again. Might even go look at the lights in Ashland.
I understand about a longer drive. Some day though you all owe it to yourselves to check out the Megacavern light show. I’ve been to both and the horse park one just isn’t in the same league. The Megacavern is like an Epcot Center ride. And is much more religious towards the end, which is a plus for me although that part’s going to be a matter of personal preference. Ashland is a cool place. I didn’t realize they did a Christmas thing.

I think Ashland is still doing the giant display of lights. I'm really into vintage Christmas decorations and lights. Later today I'm going to look into the megacavern. I've also been ill for awhile (doctor thinks it may be a combination of pharyngitis and pneumonia), so I'm not sure about going into caves. I may get a little controversial on here, but I'm also religious, too. Anything Christ is a big plus for me.

I hope Ashland is still doing it. I haven't been there in years but going to see the lights at Central Park annually was a great part of my childhood and early adulthood. Many of those had been there for generations.
