Going to help out the optimizers here; He’s not technically skipping them, he’s delegating them you see. Big difference! It allows him to be more productive and spend more time recruiting and focusing what’s really important LOL. 😉. You know, because if we don’t recruit hard, we won’t have any players next year. I guess alot of you aren't taking this question seriously. You can't convince me that he doesn't want to win. Cal believes in recruiting draft picks that will cover up his coaching deficiencies and translate into wins and large contracts. (It worked most of his 1st 11 years). He tries to out talent other teams and in the past used toughness and defense, this team doesn't have the latter. His teams 3 years before this had neither.
