Dilly is tough on offense

Watched some "analysts" vids earlier. Guys trying to "rationalize" why these freshmen are so good. A lot of focus on Dillingham's control now vs high school. Just an incredibly dynamic guard. And he can effing pass.

To be the most impressive sequence from Rob came with about 5 minutes left last night. He hit a layup and then a three and you could tell he was feeling hot. He had the ball on a fast break, and instead of pulling up for a three with a heat check, he slowed it down a bit, waited for the offense to get set up, and dished to Mitchell for an easy layup. A really high IQ play from a freshman who you could tell wanted to hit another three.

I think the best thing about this team is their basketball IQ. It seems like they're always willing to make the extra pass for an easier shot instead of feeding their own hot hands or trying to score more for their own stat sheets.
